Enrollment
Dobro Drvo Kindergarten accepts applications for enrollment throughout the year.
On this page you can learn more about required steps on how to enroll your child.
It is necessary to fill in all the required information in order for the Application for enrollment to be valid.
Feedback is sent to parents by email during April and May.
Procedure
Follow these simple steps to easily enroll your child.
1. Initial Application
The enrollment process begins with filling out the Enrollment Application, which needs to be sent to the email address: upisi.dobrodrvo@gmail.com.
2. Contact and Interview
Our professional team will then contact you regarding the possibility of enrollment and to arrange a time for an initial interview (with parents and child).
3. Documentation and Contract
Upon receiving confirmation of enrollment, parents are required to submit the following documentation via email or in person within 14 days:
-
Completed Initial Interview Form
-
Child’s Birth Certificate (original or a certified excerpt)
-
Certificate of Residence or a copy of the child’s ID card
-
Copies of parents' ID cards
-
Copy of the child’s immunization records (the original must be presented for inspection on the child’s first day)
-
Medical Certificate from a pediatrician confirming a systematic physical examination (This must be issued within 30 days of the child’s start date and submitted before they begin attending)
-
Completed Application for Co-financing for the current calendar year
-
Relevant Medical/Educational Documentation for children with special developmental or educational needs (to ensure appropriate support and status)
4. Health Requirements
A prerequisite for enrolling a child in the Kindergarten is proper vaccination status. If there are contraindications to vaccination for the child, and the parent has a doctor's confirmation for this, enrollment is possible if the professional team approves it during the initial interview (in accordance with the Child Health Protection Program in Kindergartens, NN 105/02 and 55/06).
